Our Story

We both have experience domestic violence as children. It's not an easy subject to discuss. During those hard times, we found solace in our neighborhood gyms. We knew if we could strengthen ourselves, we would know how to physically protect ourselves from the violence in the future. We were on separate paths but one day.....our paths crossed. While we do not have dedicated changing rooms, each of our bathrooms is equipped with showers for your convenience. You can comfortably change and freshen up in our spacious bathrooms after your workout.

Do I need to book classes in advance?

No, you don't need to book in advance for classes. Just show up and join any class that fits your schedule!

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, you can freeze your membership. There is a small maintenance fee of $20 per month during the freeze period.

Is there a student membership discount?

Yes, we offer a 25% discount for students. Just present your student ID to take advantage of this offer.

What equipment do you have?
